Number Reputation

Stop getting flagged
as spam or scam.

Carriers can put a warning on your calls without telling you, and people decline before they hear a word. Number Reputation registers your business with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, watches every number, and files a removal request the moment a label appears.

What the person you call sees while your number is flagged.

Every call is checked before it rings.

The network of the person you're calling looks up your number's reputation in the moment. If it looks risky, the call still rings, with a warning where your caller ID should be.

  1. You call

    From your Telebroad business number.

  2. Their carrier checks your number

AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, whichever network they're on.

  3. Their phone rings

Normally, or with a warning like Spam Likely.

What can get an honest number flagged

None of this is wrongdoing. To a spam filter, it can simply look like a robocaller.

  • Lots of outbound calls in a short burst
  • Many short or unanswered calls
  • A new or recently ported number
  • One number used for every kind of call

Same number. Three different answers.

AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon each keep their own reputation for your number. It can ring clean on one network and carry a warning on another, and nothing on your end tells you which.

  • Calling a customer on AT&T

    No label

  • Calling a customer on T-Mobile

    Labeled Scam Likely

  • Calling a customer on Verizon

    Labeled Potential Spam

FAQ

Number Reputation, answered.

Can you guarantee my numbers will never be labeled?
No one can, because the carriers make the final decision. Registration tells them who you are and why you call, and when a label appears we ask for it to be removed. If a carrier keeps a label, we let you know and help you look at the calling patterns behind it.
How long does it take to see results?
Registration review takes about 2 business days, and carrier results start to arrive within 2–3 weeks. Labels refresh weekly, every Monday, and a removal request usually takes a few weeks for the carrier to decide.
Can I register numbers I ported in?
Yes. Any number on your Telebroad account can be registered, including numbers you brought with you. A ported number can carry its old reputation, which is exactly when registration helps most.
What do I need to sign up?
Your legal business name exactly as registered, your EIN, your state filing number, a privacy policy link, and a contact for consumer complaints. You also describe how you call and sign the authorization online.

Make every outbound call count.
