Telebroad LLC User Privacy Policy
Effective: October 15, 2026
This privacy policy governs your use of the services of Telebroad LLC (“Telebroad”), including the TeleConsole software application for web browsers and mobile devices, the Telebroad Admin Center at account.telebroad.com, and our websites (together, the “Application”). The Application is a business communication hub that combines all messaging & communications into a single unified platform. It offers a full-featured soft phone with a live Call Viewer, providing additional controls to the user.
What Information Does the Application Obtain and How Is It Used?
User Provided Information - The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. When you register and use the Application, you generally provide:
- Your email address, user name, password, and other registration information.
- Information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information.
We may use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collected Information - The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile or desktop device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application Collect Precise Real-Time Location Information of the Device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do Third Parties See and/or Have Access to Information Obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:* As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
- If Telebroad is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
Google User Data - This part of the policy applies when you connect a Google account to the Application in the Telebroad Admin Center. It describes what Google user data we access, how we use, protect and share it, and how you can have it deleted.
- What we access. With your permission, we access your Google account’s ID, email address and name, and your Google Contacts. For each contact we keep the name, phone numbers and email addresses (with labels such as “mobile” or “work”), company, job title, notes, photo, and Google’s ID for the contact. Google also returns nicknames, postal addresses, birthdays and websites; we do not keep them.
- How we use it. Only to provide features you use in the Application: to show and search your contacts, to show who is calling or texting you and who appears in your call history, to let you call and message your contacts, and, if you turn it on, to include them in SMS campaigns you send. For each connected Google account, you choose which Telebroad features may use its contacts.
- Changes to your Google Contacts. When you save a contact to your Google account in the Application, or edit, delete or move a contact saved there (including its photo), we make the same change in your Google Contacts. Contacts you keep only in Telebroad are not sent to Google.
- Who can see it. Contacts synced from your Google account are private to you. Other people in your Telebroad account see details from them only when you share a contact with your company, include it in an SMS campaign or a call report you send to others, or edit it in the Application, in which case your account’s administrators can see that change in the account’s activity log. We do not share Google user data with other Telebroad customers.
- Service providers. We share Google user data only with service providers that host and run the Application for us, and only so they can provide it. Contact photos are stored with our cloud storage provider, Microsoft Azure, and SMS campaign messages are delivered through our SMS carriers.
- What we never do. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use or transfer it for advertising of any kind, including targeted, personalized, retargeted or interest-based advertising. We do not provide it to data brokers or information resellers, use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending, or use it to build databases for any other purpose. We do not use it, including your Google account email address, to send you marketing.
- Artificial intelligence. Telebroad does not use Google Workspace APIs or any Google user data, whether raw, aggregated, anonymized or derived, to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
- How we protect it. Your browser connects to Telebroad, and Telebroad connects to Google, over encrypted HTTPS connections. The access tokens Google issues to us are kept in our database, are never sent to your browser or to other customers, and are used only by Telebroad’s systems to keep your contacts in sync. Access to our databases requires Telebroad credentials, which are held only by our internal systems and authorized staff.
- Retention and deletion. We keep Google user data while your Google account stays connected. You can disconnect it at any time in the Telebroad Admin Center under Contacts > Settings. When you do, we delete the access tokens we stored for that account and the contacts we copied from it, and we remove their photos from our storage within 48 hours. Disconnecting does not change anything in your Google account and does not remove Telebroad’s permission there; to remove it, visit the Third-party apps & services page of your Google Account. If you remove the permission only in your Google account, the contacts already copied stay in Telebroad until you disconnect the account in the Admin Center or ask us to delete them at support@telebroad.com. A contact you moved to “Telebroad only” is no longer linked to your Google account and stays in Telebroad. Records of changes you made to contacts stay in your account’s activity log, and copies may remain in our backups for a limited time.
- Limited Use. Telebroad’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- How the rest of this policy applies. Where this part and the rest of this policy differ, this part governs Google user data. In particular, the statements elsewhere in this policy about sending aggregated or anonymized data to external services, contacting you with marketing promotions, and treating continued use as approval of changes do not apply to Google user data. We will transfer Google user data as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets only with your explicit prior consent, and we will ask for your consent before using Google user data in any new way.

For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our Application. If you reside outside the United States, your information will be transferred, processed, and stored there under United States privacy standards.
