It started in New York in 2006 with one conviction: no business should be stuck with a rigid, overpriced phone system just to reach its customers.

We've grown by listening. When a customer asks for something and we can see it'll help others, we build it. Because our engineers are in-house, “we'll look into it” turns into “it's live” faster than you'd expect.

In 2014 we went further and brought the network itself in-house, becoming our own carrier. Today your calls run on infrastructure we own end to end: our own redundant data centers, with no third party to blame when it matters most.
